My friend, Mary, just got back from a visit to Bartlesville, Oklahoma. She called to tell me she stayed with an old friend that lived in a house designed by the architect, Bruce Goff. Wow, I was impressed. I remember studying him in school in the 70s. So I decided to look him up again. What an exciting rediscovery! A fearless 20th century architect! And his drawings – oh my goodness – so so beautiful. I intend to find and buy a book on Goff. Perhaps I’ll write a little more on him soon. Of course, as usual, I’m still at work and need to finish up so I can go home! But just thought I’d give you a treat with a drawing by Bruce Goff, American Architect of the 20th century.
